What to expect when we come to you.
Somewhere safe and legal for the car to sit while we work, with enough room to open both front doors fully. That is the real requirement, and it matters more than having a driveway. A resident's bay, a quiet side street or a car park is usually fine, and we would rather you asked than guessed.
Plenty of our West London customers have neither, so this is a normal question rather than an awkward one. If there is nowhere workable at your address, our Chelmsford workshop takes bookings and walk-ins for fittings and repairs, at a discounted rate compared with a mobile visit.
We cover the West London boroughs, and we also work across Essex, Hertfordshire and the wider South East. If you are not sure whether your postcode is in range, ask anyway, because the answer is usually yes and it costs you nothing to check.
